Costa Maya is a region, in general, located between Tulum and Belize. The area is generally undeveloped but has been growing quickly and rapidly after construction of a large dock for cruise ships. The Costa Maya includes two small villages -- Majahual and Xcalak - now rapidly developing.

Remember that there is a wide range of beautiful properties that are available. Many new properties are being completed every day and are coming onto the market and are not yet listed anywhere.

There is absolutely no formal multiple listing service (central database) for properties in Mexico (as there is in the U.S.) and there is nothing that we know of that is online or on a website that is fully reliable.

Therefore, the properties listed below are only a fraction of what's available. We know of many more fine properties for sale but have not displayed them at this time.
