The principal real estate brokers have been qualified to lecture on buying and investing in Mexico real estate. They provide nationwide seminars on this subject. The course that is taught by the principals is called “doing business in Mexico” and it covers a wide range of topics dealing with: real estate investment in Mexico, why do business in Mexico, the economic and political structure of Mexico, the geographic areas of Mexico, and the real estate markets of Mexico. A large portion of the course concerns the 
steps in the transaction of buying property in Mexico; such as, for example: finding the right property, the property search, making an offer, performing due diligence, title insurance, documentation, payment, financing and closing the transaction. Our brokers are also familiar with the method of closing in Mexico, closing costs, tax issues, property insurance, buying versus building, home construction features, buying a vacation home as an investment, litigation arbitration and mediation. The course also covers cultural and social aspects of living in Mexico such as methods of greeting, business styles, tipping, gift giving, and holidays.
