Mazatlán is in Sinaloa, just across from the tip of Baja across the Sea of Cortez. Mazatlán, with a population of 403,888 (municipality) as of the 2005 census, is the second-largest city in the state and Mexico's largest commercial port. It is also a popular tourist destination, its beaches lined with resort hotels. A car ferry crosses the Sea of Cortez to La Paz. Mazatlan is served by an International Airport with flights to Los Angeles, San Francisco, Phoenix, Denver, Minneapolis, Mexico City, Guadalajara, La Paz and elsewhere.
Remember that there is a wide range of beautiful properties that are available. Many new properties are being completed every day and are coming onto the market and are not yet listed anywhere.
There is absolutely no formal multiple listing service (central database) for properties in Mexico (as there is in the U.S.) and there is nothing that we know of that is online or on a website that is fully reliable.
Therefore, the properties listed below are only a fraction of what's available. We know of many more fine properties for sale but have not displayed them at this time.
Please call us or e-mail us and give us all of the details, elements and attributes of the property that you're looking for and we'll email you a customized report.
We have no personal ownership stake in any property or in any project. Our advice is purely objective and straightforward.
Best of all, our Buyer clients pay no fee to us, as the fee is paid by the Seller when the transaction closes (just as in the United States).
